    Respecting the Italian tradition, our pizzas are created on a base of leavened dough left to rise for 24 hours then stretched by hand, topped and wood fired. To respond to the different types of pizza consumption (on the go, family, etc.), the size varies from 15 to 30 cm in diameter.

    We offer also a range of Italian snack products, especially developed for the out-of-home market:

    • Ciabatta of baguette bottom with delicious toppings
    • Rolled mini pizzas with delicious fillings
